At Codarhq, I designed and deliver the PM Foundations Programme — a 14-week structured curriculum covering project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. I built the full delivery infrastructure: 14-week PowerPoint library, student handbook, facilitator guide, and Project Aqua — a simulated PM exercise using Basecamp.
